Hi, I’m Heera! 👋
Before moving to the US, I called Singapore home and spent several years designing my way across Southeast Asia. During my time at Publicis Sapient, I had the opportunity to work with brands like Unilever, Citibank Singapore, Telkomsel Indonesia, Globe Philippines, Bangkok Bank, and Philip Morris Japan. That experience gave me a chance to design across different industries, markets, cultures, and customer behaviors.
Today, I’m a UX leader at Verizon Business, where I work across strategy, experience design, and stakeholder alignment to improve digital experiences for business customers.
I’m naturally drawn to messy, complex problems. I enjoy combining human-centered design, data, and a healthy amount of curiosity to turn them into experiences that are simpler for customers and better for the business.
Outside of work, I love traveling, discovering new cultures, trying new food, and spending time with my husband and our two huskies, Lilo and Luna. 🐾 They have strong opinions about how I should spend my free time.
